It creates a new model for providing free access to education and quality content in emerging countries and underserved areas. AcrossWorld has aggregated open education resources (courses, simulations, course syllabi, etc.), transformed them into a user friendly format, and made them easily searchable and discoverable. Powered by Catalyst™, an individual teacher can quickly and easily find specific content and resources needed to innovate in the classroom and improve student performance.

Once Catalyst™-enabled, a teacher has access to an extensive content “catalogue” from premiere institutions from around the world covering a variety of topics and subjects. Catalyst™ provides the resources to move class offerings in bold new directions and allows the institution to make good on its promise and mission of education.
Keep it Simple
Catalyst™ was specifically designed to eliminate the need for technical support; it works on any computer, PC or Mac, with a web browser. AcrossWorld provides periodic content updates to existing customers via the web as well as access to a Customer Resource Center with answers to the most frequently asked questions. Catalyst™ works, though, with or without Internet access.
